With 15 years of experience in his own business, Honza has proven himself as a mentor. His main goal is to pass on the experience so that the team does not waste time unnecessarily and does not solve problems by trial and error.

Renáta Valerie Nešporek is a creative, capable, experienced and enterprising woman, manager, mediator and guide for budding entrepreneurs, she is the president of the Ostrava regional club and the 1st vice-president of the Czech-Moravian Association of Businesswomen and Managers.
She has an immense scope and the desire to follow her dreams never leaves her. With experience in consulting, lifelong learning, fundraising, academia, fashion and art, Renáta is the perfect mentor who will really push you forward.

Jan Jůzl is a pragmatic dreamer with a clear goal. He was at the birth of the Green Light program and led it for several years. He looks for inspiration abroad and around him. Just as 9 years ago he started a program for startups in Ostrava, which had long been experiencing a boom in the world, he himself started his own business Dock, which resembles a club from Berlin and is now known to every Ostrava resident.
He currently supports Green Light as an experienced mentor and networKING. Honza is an optimist, but his feet are firmly kept on the ground. His advice is really beyond gold.
